Schools:

• Smalman Attorneys help schools to follow the correct procedures in dealing with employee misconduct or incapacity, as well as procedures for misconduct of learners (teaching or general staff, whether appointed by the state or the governing body).

 

Pupils:

• Smalman Attorneys assist children where victimisation of children occur by other learners or staff of the schools. We further assist to defend children where schools take action against children such as suspension from school, disciplinary hearings and expulsion. We also assist with appeals to the mec where children have been unfairly expelled from schools.
